Dr. Nicole is also the founder of EnProse Books LLC, a private publishing company,  and ASCEND Community Partners, a 501(c)3 Nonprofit organization and EnProse, a private publishing firm. In addition to writing and consulting, Dr. Nicole is the founder of EnProse Music.
